Fill on this form, attach the full Diagnostics Trouble Codes fault report in .pdf format and a photo of the original module and hit submit, we will reply accordingly and advise when you can drop the vehicle or module/s into our shop or you can post it/them to us, address is below.

We highly recommend you provide the correct information to use to avoid additional costs, delays and errors with coding and programming data.

Payment must be made in full by Cash, bank transfer or Credit Card on the day of collection or when the module is ready to return ship. Selecting invoice will mean you will receive an invoice with the email notification when your module is ready to collect.

Member customers will have an account.

Interstate and overseas customers can pay via Credit Card, Smartmini or Bank transfer by invoice prior to your module/s being returned.
